Ever since the Bronze Age it is believed that objects created by the fusion of other elements contain magical properties. Therefore the craftsman is considered a type of sorcerer… A forest creature appeals to Hephaestus, the blacksmith of the Gods, to make a brazier as a gift for his beloved nymph, who he can meet only once a year. Thanks to the fire a merger between wood and aluminum is realized apparently impossible, or so it was thought. It is the same fire that burns the two lovers with passion for all eternity. H12 Film and Livyng Ecodesign created a short fantasy film for the contest “Wood and Culture” in the picturesque setting of the Brisighella hills.
